Title Tags – Name each page of your SEO properly and of course the name will have to be relevant of your content and brand the best practices is the using keyword in your title tag.
Sitemap –Sitemap helps your site to be crawled and be indexed by search engines. There are two types of site map having every website that is Html sitemap and XML sitemap. Html sitemap helpful for visitor and our audience of website on the other side XML sitemap using for search engine bot and programming for all search engines crawler for indexing our web page by all search engines easily.
Keyword Rich Content – Repeat your keyword 3-4 times in your body text for optimization but of course it will need be relevant to your content and if possible use the keyword once in the heading and in hyperlinks. The best practices are using 3 to 4% keyword density in web content that is relevant to your brand or product and services.
HEADLINE – you must use headline on every page for understood visitor. Use your final keyword in page content Headline on your body text to optimize your on page SEO.
Heading (H1 to H5) – Proper headings give clear hierarchy to your site and keywords in heading is also useful it’s helpful your visitor as well as all kind of search engines.
404 Custom Page – Create a Custom error page so that it is not considered as a broken link in your site. 404 Error page is more useful for your website and visitor also to avoid broken link.
Optimize Image – Try to attach in description to each image that you have on your site. BY giving ALT properties to your images search engine can recorded them and crawling them as a particular search terms.
Robots.txt – Think of it as a guide so let Google robot knows without so crawl. Let it know which pages you allow it be and which pages not to be in your site for various search engines. There are various formats of robots.txt file I will discuss on them later and in another post.
Inbound Links – The more other people’s directly click the link to your site, the more traffic you will get. By inbound link your website linking properly with interlinking all pages so it’s really helpful for visitor as well as search engines and crawling bot (Searching Spider).
EXTERNAL SEO (OFF-PAGE) – Further increase your web presence on the internet, with ways such as: – Directory Submission, Social bookmarking (By using site link Reddit, Digg, StumbleUpon etc.) commenting in blogs. In addition we can participate in Q&A sites like quora.com, forums and so on.There are so many type of do external SEO or Off-page SEO here are some important techniques that is I am going to mention here.
